“If we look at the event as the aspects of similarity of name or history, it can be supposed that Islamic Law is the continuation of illiteration period law. But if we look at the event as the aspect of content, we come across two different systems of laws which have lots of differences between their contents, origins and aims. In our article, we aimed to enlighten to this difference by dealing with the general legal structure of illiteration period society, the ways of solving the disagreements and the prof means used in the period when Islam arised.”
