This article investigates the concept of religious music and musical worships in Protestants and Baptists, who are unknown religious groups in Turkey, and also illustrates musical worships of these sects, which have believers all over the World, in particular to Turkey. In this concept first, identites of Protestant and Baptist will be introduced, then innovations in religious music as a result of protestant reform will be explained. In the last chapter different worshipping activites, usage of music and musicianship and hymn repertoire in Buca church, which is one of the three Baptist churches in Turkey, will be illustrated in the light of two different fieldworks.
