Public Relations’ history which is of contemporary time goes back to first states was established by humans. Arbiter human Where in human groups used in same tools in order to communicate with public. These using tools present to determine a structure for communication degree with public. In this article, Public Relations’style in Ottoman Empire was examined with Sultan Abdülaziz era practices Who is of 19.century’s sultan. In this era, in term of mosques, foundations, sultan’s commands and tours, islamic monastery and journalism, Sultan Abdülaziz’s communicate to public was explained.
