 Human beings have been in an effort to analyze and make sense of their environment since they began to use their mental capacity. While struggling with the challenges of the world they lived in and giving meaning to many events and phenomena via their daily life experiences, they tried to interpret the events and phenomena that are beyond their power by way of metaphysical beings. These beings are sometimes gods strolling among people, sometimes people having the feature of semi-god and supernatural powers and sometimes supernatural beings that are nonhuman. Cosmological creation, cosmological changes occurring in the world, floods or events changing the social structures that are inexplicable are defined by mythological narratives as punishment or reward of metaphysical entities or gods.
