There is a common opinion as the Federal Europe idea since its foundation. It can overcome the crisis in the European Union with a dynamic process developed problems face all the time. Especially the results question the EU accession of the European population stands out in the survey results. Thus today many reports demonstrates "Social Europe" the necessity. When evaluating the importance of European social policy in the process of European integration, European citizenship has been a factor in accelerating the process of social Europe debate after 2008 along with the Euro crisis as entering a troubled period of economic crisis in the EU. It is therefore a matter to be investigated the relationship of European citizenship and European social policy. This study suggests that as a means of overcoming the crisis in the European Union can repose on Social Europe. And so the feeling of belonging to the Union will be gained through social policies to provide the trust of community. In this context, This study suggests that the EU will overcome the crisis if the it provides social cohesion. And it is expected to strengthen with the support of the community. But it is necessary to implementation of social policies in minimum standards at the European level.
