Tourism; has become an important industry for the country and communities through social, economic and cultural aspects. As one of the places that tourists spend the most time during their holiday, accommodation businesses has an influential position which is provided by incomes and generated services in the tourism industry. In the development process are shown the results that changes in time, factors that cause an effective organizational commitment, employee satisfaction and in this case brought satisfaction for the staff productivity and customer businesses. The businesses are providing different opportunities to employees for causing to organizational commitment. The main purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and recreational activity areas- that provided recreational activity services of hospitality businesses for their employees. In addition, whether exist an significant difference in organizational commitment towards demographic parameters (age, sex, income, education, experience), participation situation of the stuff to recreation activities, the trends in recreational preference of employees and leisure time activities that works in the hospitality industry are revealed by the examination of their free time opportunities and organizational commitments. The study is carried out according to the survey model in quantitative research methods. Field research was implemented in 5 stars accommodation businesses selected by a random sampling method in Antalya. The survey forms were used as a data collection tool. The results of these forms are expressed in tables with numerical and percentage ratios, they are examined and evaluated according to the descriptive and relational researching models. The result of this research statistically shows a significant difference, the term of organizational loyalty point have been determined by accommodation companies that provides recreational activity areas and services for the staff and employees of the accommodation businesses are not able to participate to the recreational activities as much as they need
