The data obtained in line with the answers given by science teachers to the data collection tool were transferred to the SPSS statistical package program, and the frequency and percentage distributions of the data were calculated. In addition, the average scores of science teachers were determined. As a result of the research, it was determined that the research literacy skill levels of science teachers were at medium level. In addition, it was determined that the teachers had the least score in the method knowledge level and had difficulties in the method knowledge level during the research. In the context of the study data, it is recommended to increase the research literacy skills of science teachers and to eliminate existing knowledge gaps.
