The "Research Literacy Skills Scale of Teachers", which was prepared to determine the research skills of teachers, was used as a data collection tool in the study. The data obtained in line with the answers given by science teachers to the data collection tool were transferred to the SPSS statistical package program, and the frequency and percentage distributions of the data were calculated. In addition, the average scores of science teachers were determined. As a result of the research, it was determined that the research literacy skill levels of science teachers were at medium level. In addition, it was determined that the teachers had the least score in the method knowledge level and had difficulties in the method knowledge level during the research.
