The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) in order to ensure fiscal discipline in football, launched the "Financial Fair Play Regulations" (FFP) application in 2011 which is binding on the 54 federations within. The main purpose of the application providing the revenue-expenditure balance of football clubs, borrowing and payments controlled adjustments, provide the necessary financial measures to understand business continuity.As supported Financial Fair Play Regulations in sports opinion, recieved continued serious critisism too. Criticism is especially about weaken the competitiveness and it will be detriment of samaller clubs. In this study, analyzed effects of FFP regularions on overall European Football Clubs and specificly on Turkey Super League 4 Big Clubs (Besiktas, Fenerbahce, Galatasaray and Trabzonspor) The data used in this study obtained from UEFA Club Licensing Benchmarking Report puplished 2015, and Turkey Super League clubs declared financial statements and audit reports. ?n frame of this data analyzed after and before financial stuation of clubs by FFP rules comparatively. As a result, seen an improvement on compliance in terms of fiscal rules across Europe Footboll, stuation for Turkey Super League teams is seems contrary.
