The Emerging of Schizophrenia is marked by symptoms, which are noticeable in the language. These language abnormalities are explained in connection with thought disorders. But how are the deficiencies arise while expressing theirselves and is there a system according to which the abnormalities are made? This article has the objective to answer these questions: What are the linguistic and communicative failures in schizophrenia? Are these errors made to a certain system? The following article presents a brief historical overview to combining the disciplines of psychology, language and shows on scientific knowledge how the language of schizophrenia is analyzed. Using examples from German-speaking patients characteristic features of this language are shown. Because there is no sufficient enough source material in the Turkish language area, according parts of this article is based on the characteristics failures of the Turkish patients.
