This study has been conducted to determine the self-confidence levels of the individuals attending a fitness center in the province of Karaman and to determine whether they differentiate in line with their personality traits or not. The population of the study is constituted by the individuals attending a fitness center in the province of Karaman and a questionnaire was applied to 300 of them. The research is a descriptive qualitative research method. The personal information form developed by the researcher the Self-confidence Scale developed by Ak?n (2007) were used for the study to achieve its objective. In the analysis of the data, One Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality distribution test was used to determine whether the measurements were suitable for normal distribution. Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis tests were conducted as the distribution upon the One Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test appeared as nonparametric. In conclusion of the study, it was determined that the individuals taking part in it had high-level self-confidence. While no significant difference was determined in terms of self-confidence in some demographic properties, such significant difference was present in some others.
