Serbian uprising is one of the events which played an important role in disintegration of the Ottoman regime in Rumelia in 19th century. The competition between yeniçeri aalar? who called “Day?” and Âyan is an important part in the emergence of rebellion. As a result of the competition, similar movements like anarchism began to increase in Serbian territories. So inhabitants of the region rebelled agains to Day?lar with instigation of Âyan. Ottoman forces were forced to supress the rebellion. In this case, the most important internal causes were competitions, interests and, disobeying in Ottoman forces dispersed and indisciplined. When Hurit Ahmet Pasha had charged to supress the rebellion Otoman forces were taken under discipline. But the rebellion became an international issue with invention of Russia, Austria and France. Hurshit Ahmet Pasha succeeded to supress the rebellion by taking advantage of big goverments conflict of interests
