The aim of this study is to determine whether the quality of service offered by private sports centers varies according to some situations of users. The study was applied to 385 people aged 18-55 who go to private sports centers in Samsun province. According to the gender fitness centers perceived quality of service; In terms of interaction quality, women are more likely to score in terms of the quality of the exercise equipment, the quality of the program, the quality of the environment, and the men in the total scale. While there was no significant difference in output and physical environment quality sub-dimensions according to gender (p>0.05), significant differences were found in efficiency, instrument-equipment, program and environment quality sub-dimensions (p<0.05 and p<0.001). The scores of 26-40 age groups in interaction, output and physical environment quality sub-dimensions are lower than other groups. In the instrument-equipment, program and environment quality sub-dimensions, the scores of the age group 41 and above are lower.
