The most important factor affecting the quality and feature of education is the teacher. So, the issue of the job satisfaction and motivation of primary teachers is vitally important for both the teachers and education institutions. Whether motivation and job satisfaction of the teachers is at high or low level will directly affect the level of service they are performing. In this study it is aimed searching the dimensions of the effect on job satisfaction of motivation of class teachers. In this context, the factors affecting job satisfaction, social facilities, working environment, needs, promotion and rewarding system have been examined as the tasks and level of education in six groups. In demographic features sex, age, marital status, education level, profession service period in the profession have been taken into account. Whether there are factors affecting job satisfaction and demographic features have been statistically analized.
