Today, the technology holds a large and important place in almost every field of education. At the beginning of this field are the organizational dimension of the education. Nowadays, educational organizations have to cope with the rising number also increased uncertainty as a result of the integration of technology in education. Accordingly, social networks are one of the reasons for increasing organizational uncertainty in education. Studies say that the social networks are the indirect or direct impact on the organizations employees. Here there is also emphasis on the evaluation of social networking in the context of information theory in educational organization as an organization. In this context, particularly in higher education and other levels of education, there is a need to study the question of the relationship between social networks, organizational uncertainty and education. Therefore, the purpose of this survey is to make the conceptual analysis of the relationship between education, social networks and organizational uncertainty. Therefore, the domestic and foreign publications on the subject were reviewed and assessments were made in accordance with available data.
