This study aims to make an ongoing analysis of points that have become symbols of two different views and stances which maintain their positioning even in turbulent history in terms of two different periods of socialism thought and movements in the Republic of Turkey. It is purposed that to make the analysis of general viewpoint to the government of Kemalist Republican People’s Party by traditional Communist Party of Turkey which has problems with the legal administration for the date of establishment, right along with the special analysis of its position in 1935 and 1968-dated “The Conversation at the Third Congress of Workers Party of Turkey” by Mehmet Ali Aybar who is a politician mentioned frequently with his unique personality, thoughts and actions in Turkish political life beginning from 1960s.
