Turkish language has gone through difficult processes in the past.. Nevertheless, it remains strong. It has a rich appearance with its dialects. Although the Russian language entered Kyrgyz Turkish as a result of systematic programs implemented during the Soviet Union period, this situation did not cause any damage to the main structure of the language. Both in Turkey have academic studies on Turkish Kyrgyz in Kyrgyzstan. This allows the language to recover quickly and maintain its vitality. In this study, suffixes that make noun from noun were examined in a special way.. Place names, tool names, community names, status reporting names, profession names, language names, place names, intangible names, such as making a wide range of uses. There are also variants of –da?, -de?, -ta?, -te? suffix which is an affirmation of equality, partnership, loyalty and membership in the Kyrgyz Turkish with the letter “l”. As a result of the intensive use of round vowels in Kyrgyz Turkish, there are also round vowel forms. In Turkish, this derrivational affix is used only as –da?,-de?,-ta?,-te?. In order to support this important issue, this study was primarily searched by Konstantin Kuzmic Yudahin's two-volume Kyrgyz Dictionary. All words derived from the noun derivational affix are tagged. The usage numbers of the busiest ones were determined. The suffixes from the noun. –da?/-de?/-do?/-dö?/-ta?/-te?/-to?/-tö?-/la?/-le?/-lo?/-lö? were added to the special examination. The purpose of doing so is to determine the root of both words formed with these additional functions and demonstrate the use of this adds both to make the comparison with Turkish in Turkey. In the study, the usage number of noun suffixes from noun was determined.It is thought that this study will benefit Kyrgyz Turkish in comparison with other dialects of Turkish.
