Formal or non-formal education in the public service to be offered a qualified religious education is closely related to the level of professional equipment owned by religious educators who work in these institutions. Religious education is to serve the individual needs of the professional equipment can only earn higher education institutions of Theology / Faculty of Islamic Sciences is. To the maximum extent they can benefit from courses taken against students at the Faculty of Theology of psychological problems such as burnout need to protect themselves. Because burnout, depending on the students overcome the problems they face in the school environment to failing, which means the weakening of the emotional bond between the schools. It is difficult that students concentrate on courses for the state of weakening of the emotional bond between the schools. In this regard, schools should not ignore the factors that affect students psychologically negative terms. Burnout often been seen as a problem working profession. However, this perception has changed in recent years, students have also begun to be included in the research on burnout. However, the Faculty of Theology in our country about the burnout of the students has yet to be research. The aim of this study according to the survey model, the Faculty of Islamic Sciences is to determine burnout status of students in terms of different variables. In the process of research data have been obtained by applying the burnout scale and survey form. The obtained data were interpreted by supporting the students' opinions. As a result of research, it was found that students’ burnout level is difference according of gender, kind of education, concern of appointment and choose willingly to faculty.
