The aim of the this survey is to study secondary school teachers', self efficacy of technological pedagogical content knowledge and levels of information technology use. There search is a descriptive study in the survey model. Sampling of there search is composed of 459 secondary school teachers, who served district center of Mersin and were chosen from the schools designated according to the method of simple stratified random sampling from the population in the academic year 2017-2018. There search employed, in order to gather data, the "Personal Information Form", "Scale for determining teachers' levels of information technology use" developed by Bayraktar (2015), "The Scale of self efficacy of technological pedagogical content knowledge in the context of international education technology" developed by ?im?ek (2016) and "open-ended question form" developed by there searcher. In there search, it has been concluded that secondary school teachers' self efficacy of TPACK-ISTE is high overall the scale and subscale; and it is low in communication subscale of the scale for determining teachers' levels of information technology use, and it is high overall the scale and in its all subscales. And it has been concluded that, in TPACK-ISTE self efficacy and Level of Information Technology Use , there are important differences in favor of school masters in term of sexes, in favor of teachers who have less years of seniority in term of year of seniority, in favor of teachers who have graduate diploma in term of educational backround. It has been reached that most of the teachers think that they can teach their classes actively in the context of TPACK, and they can use information technology effectively in their professional lives.
