Today, increasing population, unplanned way in developing cities due to rapid urbanization and evolving technology environment and transportation issues has become inevitable. In order to solve this situation, the use of bicycles as an alternative means of transportation to motor vehicles has been brought to the agenda. In this study, small scale campuses are considered as urban models. An interdisciplinary workshop was held on 6-7 and 13-14 May 2017 within the scope of the project called ‘Greenway Planning in Campuses: Example of Kanuni Campus-Karadeniz Technical University’ within the scope of the project number KTU BAP FYL 2016- 5504, which was held interdisciplinary in the Department of Landscape Architecture at Karadeniz Technical University. During the workshop, the design process of six furniture designed for campus pedestrian and bicycle user was discussed. While designing this furniture, it has been paid attention that it is suitable for land plastic, contemporary, sustainable, multifunctional, aesthetic, innovative, applicable, capable of meeting the needs of the future and intended for all campus users. With these characteristics, furniture elements are sustainable because they can produce the energy they need. 4 of 6 designed furniture were selected and 1/5, 1/10 and 1/20 scale models were made. This 4 furniture were exhibited at KTU Faculty of Forestry on 02.11.2017-03.11.2017 and at a shopping center on 20.11.2017-24.11.2017 at different times.
