Teachers Role As A Transmited On Socio-Cultural Constitution At Cyprus Turkish Community

Every socio-cultural constitution is the complement of organizations which exists by means of economy, politics, religion, education and family. Education is both an organization and a process of socialization from the sociological perspective. Education is a process that is affected and conformed by the society, affects and conforms the society, can change as the society changes and also changes the society with the parallelism of its change. Teachers are the most significant managers of this organization. Teaching is an important profession with its quality and function which enables the society to develop in each field and keep on its existence. The role of education and teachers can not be ignored for Cypriot Turkish Community that is located on a geo-strategic geography during ages. In this study, it is aimed to explain and clarify how Cypriot Turkish community, which had to survive under the Direction of English colony for 82 years, have been able to transmit its socio-cultural structure to the future by the excellent aid of education and teachers despite the physical impossibility and domination.
