n educational organizations, decision-making, and implementation of all school processes through teamwork is considered very important for success.However, although this teamwork is seen as a joint action of school staff, its success depends on the leadership qualities of the school administrator who plays the role of the team leader and to what extent he reflects them to the team.In addition, managers who are the leaders of the team are expected to keep the motivation levels of teachers always high while leading their team. In this study, it was aimed to examine the relationship between school administrators’ team leadership behaviors and teachers’ motivations according to the perceptions of primary and secondary school teachers. The sample of the study, in which the survey model was employed, consisted of 217 teachers working in Çivril district of Denizli Province. The research data were collected through the "Team Leadership Scale" and "Teacher Motivation Scale". In line with the findings, the following conclusions have been reached: Teachers think that their administrators exhibit team leadership behaviors and have high motivation; There is a relationship between school administrators 'team leadership behaviors and teachers' motivation levels.
