The aim of this study is to examine the technological problems that enterprises which especially in Ankara and Kayseri provinces which are developed in Turkey's upholstered furniture industry have experienced according to the legal structures. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to 55 randomly selected enterprises and with the observations made, the technological problems experienced by the enterprises have been determined. As a result of the work, it was revealed that there are differences between the legal structures of the enterprises. As a result, it was seen that individual property experienced more technological problems and that limited companies and corporation companies were experiencing less technological problems but competing with each other in different problems.
