Economic elite have a growing effect on foreign policy decision makers. Its basic acceptance that, capitalism aim to earn money, and economic elite class act and organized for this purpose. But until 1950, there was diffirent situation in Turkey. Turkish economic elite tried to hide their status and to explain their enrichment. Also they didnt want to establish a economic organisation, because they had to have good relations with goverment. In this study try to explain the public effect and structure of TUSIAD which covering a large part of the economic elite in Turkey. However it will be analyzed the variable nature of the relationship between the state and economic elite.
