Political crime that although it is a concept that has emerged recently, the purpose of the aim of breaking the unity of the state and the integrity of the country that constitutes the crime's essence was to commit crime in every legal system. The methods and tools used to commit this crime differed in the course of history. Consequently the nature of the actions that the legal system regarded as political offenses and the sanctions to be imposed on them differed. In this study, we tried to determine the similarities and differences between the Islamic Law and the Turkish Law system's approach to the concept of political crime.
