Nowadays, the sustainability of the organizations and their competitive advantage is related to the employment of the skilled employees. At this point, employment of the skilled human resource is not adequate, but at the same time, the continuation on the employment is a sort of sinequanon. Therefore, new management techniques that increase employees’ fidelity and their satisfaction are needed. One will feel sense of belonging on condition that his level of job satisfaction is kept high otherwise that is not the case. The objective of the study is to analyze the relationship between teachers’ job satisfaction and dissatisfaction and their intention to leave from job. In parallel to this goal, the answers to the following questions are tried to be found out: “What sort of relationship exist between teachers’ job satisfaction and their level of intention to quit the job?” and “Do the teachers job satisfaction and their level of leaving from the job differ according to gender, education, age, seniority, and marital status?”. As a result of the study, it was ascertained that employees’ low level of job satisfaction will affect their intention to leave from their jobs positively. Additionally, except from gender, negative relationship was found between intention to quit the job and all the other variable in a negative way.
