In this study, it was aimed to investigate the effect of using educational games in science education on the attitudes of seventh grade students towards science lesson. In the study, a semi-experimental design with study and control group was used as the design. The study was carried out with thirty-six secondary school seventh grade students. This research was carried out in the 2018-2019 academic year. While the study group was learning with educational games, the control group dealt with the subject with traditional teaching. In the study, quantitative data were collected using the "Attitude Scale for Science Course" and qualitative data were collected with the "Open-ended Question Form". When the results of the Mann-Whitney U Test applied at the end of the study are analyzed, it is seen that there is a significant difference in the Attitude Test Points towards the Science Course of the students before and after the application. As a result of the analysis of the data collected with the open-ended questionnaire, it was seen that the students found learning science lessons that were taught with educational games in general and stated that they facilitated their learning.
