Industrialization and urbanisation have been decisive in the decision-making of industrial centers, housing-work-recreation areas. It also affected the urban plans in this direction. The subject of the study is how the phenomenon of industrialization and migration is reflected on urban plans. In this context, based on the assumption that industrialization and migration directly affected Karaman in the last few decades, in the case of central municipality of Karaman province, the data collected from the authorized units of Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock, Ministry of Environment and Urbanisation, Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology , and statistical data obtained from TUIK were analyzed by means of the changes in these areas through the environmental layout plan, master and application zoning plans, agriculture and pasture decisions. The findings of the study show that Karaman has been subjected to an immigration movement towards the city center due to the industrialization and measures are being taken to take measures against some potential problems in urban plans. However, it is seen that the effects of industrialization and migration conditions on urban plans cannot be carried out very well, there is urban spread towards the regions where first class agricultural lands are located, agricultural land is used for non-agricultural purposes and allocated as industrial, residential and commercial areas. Another result is vertical growth, led by public institutions and organizations.
