Hotel business are an ongoing sector that feeds on intense labour and human power. For this reason, difficult working conditions can have negative effects on people. The main factor affecting employees’ performance is the organizational stress encountered in the business. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational stress sources on work performance in hotel business employees with tourism management certificate operating in Kahramanmara?. In this context, between 02.01.2020-15.04.2020, a questionnaire was applied for front office, food and beverage and housekeeping employees in hotel enterprises operating in Kahramanmara?. As a result of the research, it was concluded that the organizational stress levels of the employees and their job performance were at a high level, but there was no relationship between the sources of organizational stress and job performance.
