The main purpose of this study is to search the effects of hidden curriculum applications in science course on success and attitudes of 5th class students. This study is an experimental work designed by quantitative pattern. In this regard, pre-test pro-test true experimental design was used in order to reveal the difference between experimental group in which hidden curriculum was applied and the control group without hidden curriculum. The group of this study consists of randomly selected two 5th grade classes in Mavikent Middle School in Isparta in 2018-2019 academic year. The experimental and control groups include 25 students, 12 of them is boy and 13 of them is girl. In this study, data were collected with a success test developed by the researcher and a permitted attitude scale. In the analysis of data; arithmetic average, standard deviation, frequency and independent t test methods were used. Findings obtained from the study show that the students in the experimental group both increased their success and the attitude scale scores towards science course. With this study; it is thought that hidden curriculum applications will be a guide in terms of achieving the intended results by combining with the hidden curriculum where the official program is incomplete
