In this study, by the definition of employees' organizational silence behaviours, the importance of these behaviours and the reasons are scrutinised, and the negative impacts of this organizational silence on counter-productive work behaviours are being researched. In this context, the impacts of employees' acquiescent, defensive and protective behaviours of silence attitudes on counterproductive work behaviours are examined. For this research, a survey has been performed with 149 employees both in business of public and private enterprises in province of Bursa. According to analysis results of the survey; it is found that there are positive and significant relations between the organizational silence behaviours and counter-productive work behaviours. On the other hand, by the analysis of sub-dimension of these concepts, it is determined that acquiescent, defensive and protective silence of employees have important effects on counter-productive work behaviours
