The aim of this study is to evaluate 12 nd class music teaching programme according to CIPP modelling “Context, Input, Process and Product”. The study has importance as repards bringing of solwing recommendations and determination of the problems, and detection of functioning of the acquisitions in 12 nd class music teaching programmes. The study group consist of total 22 music teachers, 13 of whom are female, and 9 of whom are male, and having duties in the schools of Palandöken, Yakutiye and Aziziye focus of Erzurum in 2015-2016 teaching year. The study is a quantitative study, and in a scanning model of descriptional type. In the study, the interviews are taken the places, of quantitative research techniques. In the analysis of the data, the method of descriptional analysis is used. In the collection of the data, “Music Teacher Interview Form” prepared by music teacher is used. In the conclusion of the study, it was found out that the acquisitions in the programme are not sufficient, and they are very heavy according to the student level, and the lesson hours are very low, and materials in the programme become partially applicable. It was also abserved that most of the teachers experienced difficulties about the music classroom and equipment, and the lessons are not productive without student lesson book or teacher quide books
