For this it is given place for variable primitive communities, Sumerian, Ancient Greece, feudal and modern societies. By knowledges obtained from deductive divination and from observers scattered in various parts of the sovereign territory it is understood that politicial decisions are taken at the Sumerians. It is learned that In Ancient Greece thanks to the knowledge that is possessed, sovereignty of the one knowing on the one not knowing and someone’s knowledge who will go to management about wealth and war arts make power possible. It is understood that in feudal societies in the form of a power which is basically not politically thematic, in pastoral power the relationship which is between herds and shepherds, what shepherd supervises salvation of herd and for this gets information about it are important. It is identified that in modern societies power is established in association with the body in this sense the anatomical policy of the body and bio-power are dominant applications.
