The aim of this study is to examine the effects organizational image on organizational commitment and employee performance in hotel industry. The research was conducted with surveys on 151 employees working at eight hotels in Ku?adas? and Söke, districts of Ayd?n, in order to test hypotheses of the study. While organizational commitment was measured with three dimensions including normative commitment, affective commitment and continuance commitment; organizational image and employee performance were measured as a single dimension. The research data were analyzed through commonly used statistical software packages. According to the results, organizational image positively affects normative commitment, affective commitment and employee performance but it does not significantly affect continuance commitment. Besides it is observed that while normative commitment positively affects employee performance, affective commitment and continuance commitment do not play a significant role in the increase of employee performance.
