The aim of this article is examine the effects of Interactive Rhythmic Repetition Exercice [IRRE] as a model of musical therapy towards reduction the problem behaviors of children with autistic spectrum disorders. The data used in this article obtained from applications with two autistic participants and from the families observations focused on problem behaviors of children. Achievement levels of children in IRRE applications compared with problem behaviors changing obtained from families observations. IRRE, as it showed with results obtained from applications executed with participants children, is a model of musical theraphy that provide for effectively reduction the problem behaviors of children with autistic spectrum disorders.
