The aim of this research is to explain the content of the organizational context and its constituent elements and to reveal the effects of these elements on project outputs on new product development teams. In this scope; the impact of organizational climate on project success and project speed in product development teams was examined. The research is based on the survey results of 61 employees who work in two major automotive firms in the Marmara region. The collected data were analyzed. According to the results obtained from the research, the existence of strong and meaningful relations between Organizational Discipline and Trust and Organizational Support and Project Success, although it seems to be a direct effect on the Project Success of Stretch from organizational context elements; Indicating that these two variables may be affecting the success of the project through the Stretch variable. However, the existence of strong and meaningful relationships between Organizational Discipline and Trust and Project Speed, even though it seems to be a direct influence on the Stretch and Organizational Support Project Speed from the organizational context elements; this variable implies the possibility that the Project Speed may be influencing on the Stretch and Organizational Support variables.
