The aim of this study is to use reflective thinking in teaching practices carried out within the scope of faculty-school collaboration and to investigate the thoughts towards these implementation process of pre-service physics teachers. The data. of the study, which was conducted with qualitative research method and case study design, were collected by semi-structured interview technique. The sample of. the study consists of 13 pre-service physics teachers participated in Teaching Practice course conducted in practice schools, in the spring term of the 2014-2015 academic year. In order to evaluate the implementation process, semi-structured interviews. were conducted. with the pre-service teachers at the end of the term. During the interviews, pre-service teachers were asked six questions which were developed by the researcher and arranged according to two expert opinions. The obtained data were analyzed based on interpretive analysis. According to, the findings of the research; it can be. said that the reflective teaching practices influenced the prospects of pre-service physics teachers towards the profession positively, was effective in the formation of professional awareness and professional development, and that in this context, it provided the development of professional self-confidence. In this case, it was concluded that the process of reflective teaching practices were effective in changing the feelings and thoughts of the pre-service teachers about teaching as, a profession to positive, and their positive feelings and thoughts had become more and more positive as time went by
