The issue of fugitive Armenians was the first corruption and bribery event in The History of Turkish Republic. The issue emerged from famous rich Armenians at first and some Armenians who went abroad without Turkish passport and again returned without law and irregular manners into Turkey. As Tevhid-i Efkâr said that the issue became really complicated and complex. Turkish Pres followed up the issue that created a tremendous impression in Turkey. The issue was tried to be enlightened with enquiries by The Committee of Investigation and The Council of Prosecution of Public Servants and it was made an important progress in this issue. This issue that had continued for up to a year came into question in The Turkish Grand National Assembly at last but its result that did not satisfy conscience of The Public Opinion and the issue was covered with some arrestment and dismissal.
