The argument of the political, social and cultural environment that reveals the development activities of the Abdülhamid II period is to stop the Ottoman decline. Westernization movements in different fields such as the administration and education system, the emergence of communication and means of transportation in this period have been influential in the reconstruction of the Anatolian cities as a representation of both the center and the center. In this sense, public buildings such as Government House, National Garden, Telegraph, Rü?tiye Mektebi are built on the other side of Giresun and religious buildings have been built on the other side. In terms of religious structures, although it is difficult to speak of a typology that has the same characteristics, it is an important sampling area in the period of representation of the development activities carried out during the reign of Abdülhamid II. The aim of this study is; In the framework of the reconstruction activities of the Anatolian cities of Abdülhamid II period, the last Ottoman mosques built in the city center of Giresun can be examined and summarized as a discussion. In the framework of the zoning activities in Giresun, Ç?narlar, Gemiler Çeke?i, Hac? Miktad, Kale and Kapu mosques' plan typologies, façade characteristics, interior symbols and decorations, the social, cultural and social structure of the architectural understanding of the period were evaluated.
