The book of H?snü’l-Kâri fi ?htilâfi’l-Mekârîî by Ha?im b. Muhammad el-Maqribî (1179/1765) holds an important position in the field of K?raat Law. This Edition includes many ideas belonging the classical scolars who are well known, Mustafa b. Abdurrahman el-?zmîri, Ali b. Süleyman el-Mansûri, Mustafa b. Ahmed el-Halîci, had been lived between 1100 and 1200 (Pertaining to the Hegira). The science of Kiraat has been a discipline ranging from initial of divine inspiration (Vahiy) to today meaning to coming up with man of science and emerging to many kinds of articles. So, Ottoman History is full of the countless achievements and articles written by the K?raat Expert. This dissertation includes mainly three section. At the first section, it has been emphasized the life of Ha?im el-Maqribî, his achievements and studies, learners of Ha?im el-Maqribî. In the second section, this study has been explained in details in every line of its content. In the third section, it has been introduced the comprehensive study of H?snü’l-Kâri fi ?htilâfi?l-Mekârîî. A forementioned text was formed in the result of research in ?zmir - Turkey, Süleymaniye - Turkey ve St. Petersburg - Russia. The verses of Koran, expressions, the names of persons, studies, ascriptions and all special statements including dissertation has been explained comprehensively in footnotes
