The lav for humans divided into two groups; “Civil Low” and “official Law”. They are also divided into many groups amangst them. Islamic Law is grouped in a different way that consists the praying rat-her than grouping it as “civil Law” and “official Law” For that reasan, the verdicts in Law divided into three groups;“ibadat”“Muamelat”and “Ukubat” The punishment Law of Islamic Law is considered in “Ukubat” part. At first, since the punishmentLaw of Islamic Law Was the subject which the lawyers studied on the least, it was considered in the subtitles of classical books of law rather than writing books about criminals and pu-nishments. Later, some individual books were written about the law of punishment.
