As it is known, Azerbaijani literature is discussed separately from two different fronts as north and south today. In fact, this literature, language and culture must be evaluated on a single front. Today, South Azerbaijan is considered as a Turkish language and literature research area belonging to the Iranian field. However, the geography of Azerbaijan, together with its north and south, should be considered as an important and inseparable part of the Turkic world within the framework of a single language, single culture and nature with a single literature, so that Azerbaijani Turkish literature is It should be examined in terms of Turcology, it is essential to independently evaluate Azerbaijan geography as a large and indivisible whole within the field of Turkish language and literature, taking into account its interaction with other Turkish cultural geographies by getting rid of the effects of the former Soviet regime and the Iranian regime in the south. Based on this point of view; Nebât?, one of the poets of Azerbaijani literature at the end of the 18th and the first half of the 19th century; his life, art and works were introduced and examples of Poet’s poems were presented. With this perspective, in the article, the language used by Nebât?, one of the Azerbaijani Turkish poets, was reviewed, a section of the language, literature and art life of that period was presented through a selected poem of the poet, and the important place of Nebât? in the history of Turkish language and literature was revealed.
