Among the factors that lead to people comes the physical needs of food and beverage business . However, nicely spend time to taste different flavors can be considered to choose the local restaurant because habits. Turkish cuisine shows different characteristics according to regions and regions. In different cities and regions of the regional cuisine it is also seen as the result of cultural interaction that display similar characteristics. Eating and drinking habits have become part of the culture over time , it has become traditions. The aim of this study was to determine the importance of local food, to investigate the effect on the purchasing behavior of consumers and the importance of this is to demonstrate the reasons for preferring local restaurant . Black Sea which has made an important tourism due to its rich food culture cuisine kitchen has been investigated in this study . Karadeniz in Ankara discussed the scope of the study is consumers who prefer the restaurant. Data were collected through questionnaires , he participated in a study of 250 restaurant customers .
