Individual Career Planning plays an important role in the planning of employees in business life according to the competitive environment in which the sectors are located today. Individual Career Planning allows employees to continue their sustainable competitive advantage in the organization as well as helping them to advance their career steps within the organization. For these reasons, Individual Career Planning is important for employees and senior managers in the organization. The concept of personal success perception emerges in the process of individual career planning and is a factor that affects career planning. The main purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between career planning and the perception of personal success and the role of demographic factors. For this purpose, the study was carried out with the survey method in which 232 graduate students studying in the Business Administration Department of universities in Turkey participated. The data obtained through the questionnaire were analyzed with the help of the Jamovi program. When the findings obtained as a result of the research analyzes are examined, it has been concluded that career planning has an effect on personal success, demographic variables have no effect on personal success perception, personal success perception and career planning do not differ according to demographic variables, and there is a significant relationship between career planning and personal success perception. It is thought that the analysis of demographic variables between career planning and personal success perception will make significant contributions to theory and practice.
