Organizations in order to achieve success in global competition, even though they know that they must work in harmony with those employees, it induces them to get into their conscious or unconscious. Even if employees’ silence behaviour had percieved conformance or obedience in the past, today it is accepted that it is a reaction and retreat. Study is curucial in order to determine whether the relationship between company employees’ demographic features and organizational silence. From this point of view, research has been applied on a five-star hotel business professionals. Surveys was used in research techniques, SPSS 22 package program was utilized in the analysis of the data. Frequency analysis, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, independent t-test and two-way anova analysis were used in making analysis. Employees’ sense on organizational silence has differed according to gender in research results. There is no relationship between the other demographic characteristics of the employees and their organizational silence.
