THE RESEARCH ON EXAMINATION OF TOUR GUIDES MOBBING EXPOSURE WITHIN THE DEMOGRAPHIC CHARACTERISTICS

Tourist Guides, who try to create a positive perception belongs to their nation, country, culture in tourist minds through attitudes, knowledge and skills, distinctive qualifications and represent their tourism agents, their colleagues and associations and in this respect they have lots of responsibilities, have a vital point in the tourism sector. Tourists who come to Turkey or any destinations in Turkey without any information about natural, cultural and historical beauty or informed only via some advertisement and promotion, will be willing to come again to same destination thanks to a qualified tourist guide. At this point; One of the most important factor and responsibility in the creation of purchase requests is tourist guide. ?f tourist guides love their job; this will cause to provide benefit directly and indirectly related to all tourism parts even the lowest one and It will contribute to sustainable development of tourism. This study prepared for the aim of determining the relation between Mobbing and demographical characteristics. In this research, the survey technique was used and Data were analyzed by statistical analysis. Surveys were conducted to 422 active tourist guide with polls verbatim interviews. After analysis; It was found that a significant relationship between mobbing and demographical datas. Based on the results, Recommendations are presented to public and private sector.
