The city management center refers to a management area in which many stakeholders interact with local administrators and civilian elements in between, and special units. Despite the existence of such a large number of stakeholders, a limited number of administrative elements are responsible for urban management, causing some problems in the solution of urban problems. When the existence of urban problems arising from environmental and urban causes is taken into consideration, the elements that influence urban management are increasing in importance. In this study, it is aimed to reveal the importance and role of urban management stakeholders in urban management in the solution of urban problems. The study covered in this framework primarily focuses on the concept of urban management and the urban problems that urban management faces. Then, stakeholders thought to be a positive contribution to urban management in the struggle with urban problems and their role in urban management.
