THE ROLE OF GLAMPING TOURISM IN RURAL DEVELOPMENT: THE CASE OF CLUB AMAZON BORDUBET

Tourism sector that based on mass tourism for many years has began to show changes with the advances in the 21st century and when considered emerging technologies, changing economic conditions and consumer behaviour, ?t was observed that replace the mass tourism, more individual and nature-based tourism began to take alternative tourism varieties. Today, visitors want to take quality service, live different experiences and want to spend more time open spaces and quiet places. In this regard, galmping tourism emerged as a kind of alternative tourism which respond to these needs of visitors. The existence of different entertainment alternative source of supply for glamping in rural areas constitutes tourism. The aim of this study is to more rural areas for the development of a laternatif reveals what may be stated that the concept of glamping. Therefore, in this study, primarily operating in the area in the Aegean region after glamping literature, Club Amazon Bordubet was evaluated of semi-structured interview technique.
