Vocational education plays an important role in combating unemployment and creating new employment areas. It is important for enterprises, employers and the unemployed population to train and train the qualified manpower required by the labor market. In our country, various trainings are organized in order to ensure the participation of individuals in the labor market and to train qualified manpower required by businesses and the labor market. One of these trainings is on the job training programs implemented by ??KUR. The aim of this study is; To determine the contribution of on-the-job training programs carried out by ??KUR to employment, to determine to what extent the program fulfills its purpose and to develop solution proposals for the program. . The universe of the research consists of the trainees participating in the on-the-job training programs implemented by the companies operating in the organized industrial zone of Cizre district of ??rnak province and ??KUR in 2018. Survey technique was used in the data collection process in the study, and the obtained data were analyzed with the spss package program. As a result of the research; It can be stated that the on-the-job training program contributes to employment in general, the program provides the participants with professional experience and fulfills the function of ??KUR during the program. It can be stated that the lack of job-profession harmony of the participants constitutes the weakest aspect of the program
