The main purpose of this study is to examine the relationship and interaction between organizational silence and organizational alienation. For reaching this purpose, an empirical study was conducted on a sample group of total 58 people working in public and private banks operating in Bayburt. In this study, the concept of organizational silence; while the concept of alienation from work is evaluated in terms of silence of silence, silence of prosperity and prosocial silence dimensions; self-alienation, meaninglessness and powerlessness. The results of the research showed that prosocial silence had a negative effect and defensive silence had a positive effect on the dimension of powerlessness; defensive silence had a positive effect on the dimension of meaninglessness and finally acquiescent silence had a positive effect on the dimension of self-estrangement.
