Gradually losing its importance of national borders, the spread of the global financial mobility, international tourism activities, technological developments, the social structure with the increasing importance of civil society organizations have caused a new world system to be formed. Changes in international relations also closely affected the relations between the countries. As a result of mutual interests boundaries becomes uncertain interstate cooperation process has been the basis for the formation of international organizations. In the first phase of the study; globalization, the policies and activities of international economic organizations and tourism organizations towards the development of tourism industry in the global market will be discussed. Then, the position of Turkey as member of these organizations and cooperation and agreements for the development of global competition in the tourism industry in Turkey will be examined. In the third stage, evaluating the findings discussed qualitatively, the results will be presented.
